Rotor of No.1 Engine of BLC 3 was successfully hoisted on the date of 21st September, 2013 after series of difficulties had been overcome at site under the support and assistance of the company’s leaders and colleagues. The Ministry of Electric Power of Loikaw State, the owner HTCT, the consultant AFC，UREC project managers of BLC3,  the senior engineers of BLC 1 AND BLC 2 from the Ministry of Electric Power and other personnel on site are present at the ceremony. All the parties have given affirmative comments on the project implementation.
